Terms of Service

The rules for using Impactt as a brand, creator, team member, or connected advertising workspace.

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Impactt, including brand workspaces, creator workspaces, campaign tools, content review, Meta ad publishing, billing, creator payout features, and related services.

By creating an account, connecting a workspace, submitting content, funding a campaign, or using Impactt, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
  • If you use Impactt for a company, client, brand, agency, or creator business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  • Impactt may suspend or restrict access if account activity appears fraudulent, unsafe, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Brand Responsibilities

  • Brands are responsible for campaign briefs, claims, product information, landing pages, budgets, review decisions, ad instructions, and use of approved creative.
  • Brands must have rights to the products, offers, trademarks, landing pages, and assets supplied to creators or used in ads.
  • Brands must comply with Meta advertising policies, applicable laws, platform rules, and any campaign-specific requirements.
  • Brands are responsible for funding campaign reserves, subscription fees, platform fees, and approved creator payouts according to the pricing and checkout terms shown in the platform.

Creator Responsibilities

  • Creators are responsible for the originality, accuracy, safety, and legal compliance of submitted content.
  • Creators must have rights to any footage, music, likenesses, voice, assets, or third-party material included in submissions.
  • Creators must follow campaign briefs, disclosure requirements, platform rules, and applicable advertising laws.
  • Creators are responsible for completing Stripe Connect onboarding and providing accurate tax, payout, and account information when required.

Content Rights

Creators retain ownership of content they create unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. When a creator submits content through Impactt, the creator grants Impactt the rights needed to host, review, display, process, modify for formatting, and operate the platform.

When a brand approves or pays for a creator submission, the creator grants the brand and Impactt a perpetual, worldwide, paid-up license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and run that approved content in Impactt-managed campaigns, related ad variations, campaign reporting, and internal performance analysis. Use outside Impactt campaigns requires a separate agreement unless the campaign brief clearly grants broader rights.

Ads and Integrations

Impactt may allow brands to connect Meta accounts, sync advertising structures, upload approved creative, create campaigns, ad sets, ad creatives, and ads, and retrieve performance metrics. Brands remain responsible for their connected ad accounts, ad spend, Page access, business settings, destination URLs, and compliance with Meta terms and policies.

Impactt may pause, block, or refuse ad publishing where required for security, payment, policy, technical, or legal reasons.

Payments and Payouts

  • Brand payments, subscriptions, campaign funding, and billing portal actions are processed by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout.
  • Creator payouts are processed through Stripe Connect or another supported payout provider and depend on payout account readiness, campaign settings, platform records, and available campaign funds.
  • Performance-based creator earnings may be calculated from tracked ad spend, campaign configuration, and platform attribution records. Impactt does not guarantee ad performance, creator earnings, approvals, impressions, clicks, conversions, or payout timing.
  • Impactt may withhold, reverse, or adjust credits, balances, transfers, or payouts for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, duplicate records, errors, disputes, or legal obligations.
  • Users are responsible for taxes, reporting, and financial obligations arising from their use of Impactt.

Fees

Fees, subscription amounts, campaign slot fees, platform fees, and campaign funding amounts are shown in the platform or in checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once incurred, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, deceptive, or unsafe content.
  • Do not use Impactt to violate advertising platform policies, payment processor rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or disclosure requirements.
  • Do not attempt to bypass billing, payout, campaign controls, security restrictions, access controls, or integration limits.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or misuse Impactt systems.
  • Do not submit false performance data, fake creator activity, fake brand activity, or fraudulent payout information.

Third Party Services

Impactt integrates with third-party services such as Meta, Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers, media storage, analytics, and communications tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Impactt is not responsible for third-party outages, policy decisions, account restrictions, payment holds, advertising disapprovals, or API changes.

Confidentiality

Users may receive non-public campaign, creator, brand, pricing, creative, performance, payout, or business information through Impactt. Users may use that information only for authorized platform purposes and must protect it from unauthorized disclosure.

Disclaimers

Impactt is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impactt disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, ad performance, business results, or creator earnings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impactt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, ad performance, creator earnings, or business opportunities. Impactt's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid to Impactt for the affected services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Users may stop using Impactt at any time. Impactt may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, platform abuse, or discontinuation of services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes

Impactt may update these Terms as the platform, pricing, integrations, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Impactt after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
