Data Deletion Instructions

How brands, creators, and Meta users can request deletion of account, workspace, campaign, integration, and platform data.

Purpose

This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with Impactt, including data connected through Meta Login or Meta Marketing API permissions. This URL may be used as the Data Deletion Instructions URL in the Meta App Dashboard.

Request Deletion

To request deletion, email support@joinimpactt.com from the email address associated with your Impactt account or include enough information for us to verify the workspace and integration involved.

  • Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
  • Tell us whether you are a brand user, creator user, workspace owner, or Meta account user.
  • Include the workspace name, brand name, creator name, or connected ad account if known.
  • If the request is for a Meta connection, remove Impactt from your Meta account settings or tell us which Meta account/ad account connection should be deleted.

Meta App Removal

You can also remove Impactt from your Meta account through Meta's app and website settings. Removing Impactt from Meta may stop future access, but you should still contact us if you want Impactt to delete stored integration records from our systems.

What We Delete

  • Meta access tokens, integration secrets, and credentials associated with the removed connection.
  • Synced Meta account, Page, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and insight records where deletion is technically feasible and not needed for security, payment, dispute, accounting, or legal purposes.
  • Personal account profile information tied to the requesting user where deletion is legally and technically feasible.
  • Creator portfolio, submission, media, and payout profile information where deletion does not conflict with active campaigns, approved content licenses, payment records, dispute obligations, or legal retention duties.
  • Brand workspace records where requested by an authorized workspace owner and where deletion does not conflict with payment, payout, tax, accounting, dispute, security, or legal retention duties.

What May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute, chargeback, advertising compliance, or payment processor obligations. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies a specific user.

Timing

We will review deletion requests after verification and will make reasonable efforts to complete eligible deletion within 30 days. If a request is complex, legally restricted, or tied to active payment, campaign, or dispute records, we may need additional time and will let you know when practical.

Confirmation

After processing an eligible deletion request, we will send a confirmation to the requesting email address or provide an explanation if some information cannot be deleted immediately.

Questions about these terms or your data can be sent to support@joinimpactt.com.
